Safety first! If severe weather is forecasted, we offer flexible rescheduling or cancellations. We monitor conditions closely to ensure a fun and safe environment.

What is your delivery area?

We proudly serve Windsor and the surrounding areas. Contact us with your location for specific delivery details and any applicable travel fees.

How long is the rental period?

Standard rentals are for 6 Hours. We handle the setup in the morning and takedown in the evening, so you get maximal play time. If more time is needed you may use the website to book more time.

Who handles the setup and takedown?

Our professional team handles everything! We deliver, set up, and perform a safety check before your party starts, then return later to take it down.
